What is included in the move-out cleaning?
- Floors are vacuumed and wiped. Painted surfaces, skirting boards and window frames are thoroughly cleaned.
- Blinds are cleaned.
- All elements, including behind.
- Doors, wardrobes and other shelves and, where there are sliding doors in the dwelling, are cleaned, both around and above.
The windows are washed inside, outside and between the panes where the windows are of such a nature that they can be divided.
Frames, linings and window sills are also cleaned.
- Painted surfaces and tiles are cleaned.
- Cabinets, drawers and their shelves.
- Refrigerator and freezer, both inside, outside and underneath.
- The stove is pulled forward and cleaned on the sides, the wall and floor behind it, and the cooking and frying plates.
- The inside of the oven is cleaned, as well as its plates and any grids.
- The cooker hood and filter are dismantled and cleaned.
- Floors are vacuumed and wet wiped with agents that the floor surface can withstand.
- Tiles and tiles are cleaned. The floor drain is also cleared.
- Bath (inside, outside and underneath), sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet.
- Floors are vacuumed and wet-dried.

Things to consider on moving day
There are certain things that you need to have ready in the property before we enter the property to carry out the cleaning job.
- The home needs to be empty of objects and furniture to the extent possible at least.
- The freezer needs to be defrosted and preferably pulled out so that we can more easily clean behind the fridge/freezer.
- Don’t use the stove for at least a few hours before the actual cleaning of the house.

The window deduction reduces the cost of the work by 50%, unlike the ROT deduction which only gives a 30% deduction on the cost of the work. For cleaning services such as move-out cleaning house, the standard deduction applies, which we also administer for you as a customer.
What you pay is the cost that comes after the box deduction, which means that you do not have to fill out any forms or similar for the box deduction to go through, however, you need to have paid tax through income to be able to take advantage of the deduction.
