Cancellation
To ensure smooth planning and efficient service, it is important to follow our cancellation policy:
- Valid Cancellation: Cancellations of our services must be made no later than five days before the scheduled start date of the work to be considered valid and free of charge.
- Cancellation 3 Days Before: If you cancel three days before the start date, 50% of the quoted price is charged.
- Cancellation 2 Days Before: If you cancel two days before the start date, 75% of the quoted price is charged.
- Cancellation 1 Day Before or Same Day: If you cancel the day before or on the day itself, the full quoted price is charged.
Minimidebiting
Hourly rate: The minimum charge for moving services billed by the hour is 3 hours.
